Here we would like to inform you, that the current service of G&LOVERS will be terminated by Oct. 31st, 2022, and from Nov. 1st, 2022, a new service GACKT ONLINE G&L MEMBERS CLUB, which is launched on the all-in-one platform Bitfan, will be started.
Under the theme “Try to Feel Closer”, the new service is aiming to let you to connect with GACKT much closer by providing online services such as live streamings and chatrooms through PC or smartphones.
We will try our best to make the service even more enjoyable than the current service G&LOVERS.

・Groupchats (You can send messages with other fans during the concerts, events, or TV programs)
・Pet introduction corner (You can communicate with other fans about the pet of GACKT and other fans)
・The priority ticket service for GACKT ONLINE G&L MEMBERS

Sorry to inform you that along with the upcoming termination of the G&LOVERS, the receipt of the applications on new registration and renewal of membership will be stopped by 23:59 Sept. 30th, 2022.
All current services and member information will be terminated by Oct. 31st, 2022.
*Please complete your necessary procedures by 23:59 Sept. 30th, if the expiry date of your membership is the end of September, or the expiry date of your membership is the end of August but you are in the grace period which will ends by the end of September.
*Please notice that you can not apply the renewal of your membership after October.
About taking over the membership to the new service
Except those members who are using the GACKT PHONE, we will set up the system, so that your current membership of G&LOVERS will be taken over to the new service GACKT ONLINE G&L MEMBERS CLUB
In this way you can use the new service with your current membership until the expiry date without taking any actions.
We will inform you later about the way to take over your current membership.
(Payment of the new service will be required after your current membership expired.)
*The information excluding the expiry date of membership will not be taken over.
*Registration of Bitfan (FREE) is required.
To those members who are using GACKT PHONE
Along with the upcoming termination of the G&LOVERS, the membership fee payment and the linkage rewards service of GACKT PHONE will be terminated by Oct. 31st, 2022.
For the membership fee of G&LOVERS, as you are paying it monthly, there will not be any problem on taking over the expiry date of membership.
Please register the new service newly if you want to start to use the new service after Nov. 1st.

To those members who don’t want to be taken over to the new membership
We will refund you the unused monthly fee only if you contact us that you are not willing to be taken over to the new membership.
The contact about refund will be accepted from Sept. 1st to Sept. 30th, 2022.
Please contact us before the period ends.
About the amount of the refund
We will calculate the amount of your refund as following.
Your remained amount of months until the expiry date × 6,111 yen (Tax included) ÷12 months

Those whose expiry date is the end of November 2022: refund for one (1) month (510 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of December 2022: refund for two (2) months (1,020 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of January 2023: refund for three (3) months (1,530 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of February 2023: refund for four (4) months (2,040 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of March 2023: refund for five (5) months (2,550 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of April 2023: refund for six (6) months (3,060 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of May 2023: refund for seven (7) months (3,570 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of June 2023: refund for eight (8) months (4,080 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of July 2023: refund for nine (9) months (4,590 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of August 2023: refund for ten (10) months (5,100 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of September 2023: refund for eleven (11) months (5,610 yen)
Those whose expiry date is the end of October 2023: refund for twelve (12) months (6,111 yen)
