Yesterday, for the first time,
I did 3 sets of the special 50-30 push ups
straight without stopping. I strongly felt I made progress through my growth during these past 2 months.
With time to spare, I headed to Davao Airport.
I smoothly got into the airport as usual.
I remember most of the staff’s faces.
In the VIP Lounge, I happened to bump into Jerry, a friend of mine who’s a close aide to the president Duterte.
I spoke to him for awhile
then headed straight into the plane.
The airport was rather crowded but it still feels like an airport in the country side. By 2020, there will be a new international airport built near here.
I suppose it’ll be something that dramatically changes the appearance of the city.
When I looked down from the sky, vast mountains could be seen.
Once again, it’s farewell for awhile.
In the blink of an eye, I arrived in Manila. Manila’s airport already has too many departure and arrival flights to deal with, so it’s as good as saying that there will definitely be delays.
There’s always a long queue of planes waiting to takeoff.
I spent about an hour in the lounge
then moved to the plane.
The sun has already set, and the city of Manila is coloured in its illumination.
Looking down from here, Manila is quite beautiful but it’s spaces are actually narrow with buildings lined next to each other, and the traffic jam is really terrible.
As to staying here, I’ll think “Mm…” with doubt because of the heavy traffic jams that occur everyday without fail.
Just as I started dozing off in the plane, we were notified that we’ve arrived in Haneda.
The flight passed in the blink of an eye. When I arrived in Haneda, I went to the place where my staff would be waiting.
It was already around 1 a.m..
But, since I thought it would be a waste to go straight home like this, I went to a bar
and had a meeting about the surprise appearance for today’s event.
In the end, it was 5 in the morning when we were done.
I should be sleepy.
I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s surprised smiles at the event today.
