The first Ticket Exchange service has been introduced as a GACKT ONLINE G&L MEMBERS CLUB exclusive offer!

This service allows you to exchange tickets purchased in advance via G&L ONLINE for other shows (same seat type) with no service charge.

This service can be used in situations such as: “I bought a ticket for the Tokyo show, but I still want to go to the Osaka show!” You can use this service in situations such as “I bought a ticket for the Tokyo show, but I still want to go to the Osaka show”.

Limit on the number of tickets: One person can only apply for one ticket per performance, up to a maximum of four tickets per person.
