Today, for some reason, I heavily overslept.
I woke up before evening.
It’s been awhile since I got woken up by my older sister’s loud voice.
『Gaku! It’s already 3! Are you unwell?』
I jumped up and looked at my phone.
It really was around 15:00.
My head hurt a lot.
It’s definitely because I overslept.
Occasionally, there are times like this when I can’t wake up at all,
it’s as if my batteries have been cut off.
Honestly,
I still don’t have a sense of my own sleeping pattern.
I normally sleep for 3 hours but there are times when it suddenly goes crazy.
This was in the past but
there was once when I was truly surprised
that I couldn’t wake up at all
and by the time I did, it was at the next day’s night.
Come to think of it,
I remember a time when I couldn’t sleep at all for a week too.
The memory that stuck with me of first time in my life that I couldn’t sleep
was when I was 6.
At that time, without sleeping at all for a week,
I felt the horror of how long the night seemed to last.
Be it sleeping too much or being unable to sleep, both are scary.
I immediately got my training done
and when I went up to the lobby, everyone asked me with worry.
『Are you alright?』
I drank my vegetable juice while holding Angie.
『Yeah, I’m alright…』
I said, while looking at my staff.
I suppose my staff might find in unbearable
to be at the mercy of this pace that can’t be understood.
At once,
today, I have to do all the recording
that have been left over from yesterday.

I’m lucky that on the whole, the work
progressed more smoothly than I expected.
Today’s progress was quick too, and by the time the sun set,
I finished today’s portion of work too.
Everyone quickly prepared to go out.
Tonight, we’ll be going to a Mexican restaurant,
called 【Las Carretas】,
to meet Air Asia’s crew members.
Since they have a flight too,
I suppose they’ll more or less be late.
Somehow, while being seated at the area on the terrace outside,
I had a drink and released a sigh of relief.
Even so, the recording for the English version is tough.
Even though in Japanese it already takes some time,
I have to be even more careful with the English version.
When everyone has met up, we began to slowly have our meal
and ordered what could have been too much for us.
In the end,
we managed to finish everything but it was around 23:00.
Just as we were deciding if we should go straight home from there,
we decided to go for drinks.
For some reason, depsite that Baru has been with me for so long,
he has never been to this place even once so
we decided to go to a bar I like, 【MARINI 57】.
I can slowly drink alcohol at this bar.
It is also rich in wine.
The atmosphere inside is dark too, and it has a lot of cigars.
Because it’s located right next to the Twin Towers,
the night scenery is beautiful, and the atmosphere is great.
Those who come here for the first time will definitely take photos of themselves,
and somehow, the sight of them taking photos of the Twin Towers is funny.
Looking down, the night scenery isn’t bad too.
Henmi sat on the sofa and tried to look cool but
no matter how I look at him, I can only see that he looks like a corpse.
In the end,
by the time we realised it, we stay there until closing time,
and everyone was pretty drunk.
Normally, I’ll just go home and sleep but
when I got home, we practised poker and
that can also be said to be a serious side of me.
Because of that,
I think I’ll definitely continue like this until morning
even if I get dizzy.
