There are two methods of collection on the official goods site; “配送通信販売” and “会場販売事前予約”.
“会場販売事前予約 (venue sales pre-order)” is a very convenient system where you will be able to collect the goods you’ve ordered on the official goods site at the live venue.
Those who ordered early will be able to collect their goods on the day of the event without needing to queue up at the sales booth.
At the same time, you need not worry about things selling out since you’ve preordered it!
Please do make use of the extremely convenient “venue sales preorder”.
【Important notes】
※Please note that return or exchange of goods is not allowed at all.
※If you are going to use the official goods site, please do make sure to read the important notes there carefully before ordering.
※Product line-up may change or products may be discontinued due to issues like weather conditions and so on which may prevent the delivery of goods.
※When queueing up for the purchase of the goods, please do ask the staff.
Customers are not allowed to create their own queues. Queuing up overnight is not allowed as well.
※Please note that various restrictions may be put in place even during the sale to prevent accidents and confusion.
If you do not follow these instructions, you may be barred from purchasing goods or being in the venue.
