As of now, GACKT-san's appearances are scheduled for August 23rd's 「Kick-off Procession」 at 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon and the 「Re-enactment of the Kawanakajima Battle」 at 6 to 8 p.m. The city expect to spend around 19 million yen for the increase in bus services, and the security and appearance fees related to inviting GACKT.

- Cos'è il Kenshin Festival

Il「Kenshin Festival」è un festival che si tiene fin dal 1962 in onore del valore e delle incredibili virtù dell'eroe della Città di Joetsu, il Signor Uesugi Kenshin.

I guerrieri vestiti con l'armatura, ed armati che porteranno la galante Processione di apertura. Insieme con le attrazioni, ci saranno punti strategici nella strada per le performance e per gli urli di battaglia, insieme alla Processione di apertura dei Guerrieri Bambini.
