On that day, the male army of the “Metal Muscle Team”, led by GACKT, appeared on the stage. Under the guidance of GACKT, they introduced the training method that they usually do with GACKT himself with a demostration.

GACKT revealed「Currently my weighs is 68.9kg, the body-fat percentage is 7%.」
About the daily training he said 「What I'm doing is simple。（My own idea, I've created this workout ）I do 3 sets of push-ups and abs, each set is 80. It can be hard at first, but if you continues you will be able to do it」

GACKt has been pointed as 「Athlete」from the reports but he gave is opinion about 「There's no difference if you are or not an athlete.。Training is the same of brushing your teeth everyday. It's not so though. It has only to become a routine to see the effects (of body shape)... That's all」
「Does someone have some doubts about brushing the teeth？」he asked and added
「You do it because you have to do it。It's important to have costance in what you do, as a daily routine」

Then he said, addressing reporters「Well, don't you brush your teeth everyday?」the reporters smiled wryly,「Really, don't you brush your teeth everyday？」「I do it。You can do the same thing。You can do it」then speaking to the female reporters he smiled and said 「Don't you use make up everyday？　It's ok, it's the same（I can do the training as well）」

As a motivation he said「I want to motivate you、I want to love myself even more、I don't want to be fooled by people、even if it doesn't matter。What I value is that I can realize that I am changing as much as I did」he added「I want to grow older with a good body. I’d really hate to become a useless uncle past the age of 40, the age doesn't matter」

To the question 「What’s the good thing about training your body?」 he replied 「Well, I guess it’s that girls go “wow” when you undress. 」while a laughter raised form the press he was asked 「Where you show your body？」and with a grin he replied 「Usually it happens in bed」

Allenarsi è come lavarsi i denti tutti i giorni.
