Therefore, we will be issuing ticket refunds to customers who are unable to attend due to the earthquake, as detailed below.

Refunds will not be processed after the refund period or for lost tickets.
Refunds will not be issued for tickets without stubs (tickets that have been torn). Customers who attended the performance are not eligible for a refund.
The full amount, including ticket price and various fees, will be refunded.
