Breathing and energy

If you can’t breathe in deep and then exhale all your air
the effectiveness will not go up
and you won’t break your ab muscles

Once you can do this
When you do your daily exercise, in your regular posture
you’ll be able to use your abs

First, with your heels to the floor

At the last moment when the last of your breath is expelled,
use your energy to “shu-!”
Doing that will make your stomach use a lot of energy
And using that energy will help you shrink your abdominals
If you don’t exhale, it won’t happen
