We regret to inform you that the monthly membership service for “GACKT ONLINE G&L MEMBERS CLUB,” currently offered through Bitfan, will be terminated at the end of September 2026.
We express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has used the fan club through Bitfan and provided us with warm support and encouragement.
Furthermore, from October 2026, the GACKT OFFICIAL FAN CLUB “G&L” is scheduled to reopen as a new fan club with an annual membership system.
This renewal will change from a monthly membership system to an annual membership system, and we plan to further enhance the fan club content to allow everyone to feel closer to GACKT and enjoy the service even more.
We aim to create an even more satisfying fan club, and we will be delivering a variety of content and projects, so please look forward to it.
Details regarding the official renewal date, post-renewal service content, membership procedures, and membership fees will be announced as soon as they are decided.

*Important Notice Regarding the Termination of the GACKT ONLINE G&L MEMBERS CLUB Monthly Membership Service*
Customers registered for a paid plan will have their subscription automatically canceled after 12:00 PM on September 30, 2026, the day the service ends. (Please note that this is not 11:59 PM on the end date.)
Customers using web payment (credit card payment, carrier payment, Paidy deferred payment) or app payment (Google Play) will have their automatic renewal payments stopped along with the cancellation of their paid plan.
Customers using app payment (Apple) will need to manually cancel their Apple subscription separately from canceling their paid plan. (Affected customers will also be notified via email regarding the termination of their paid plan.)
