◇Body：Name・Membership number・Address

【 For new members who applied between 16 July～31 August 】

Your membership number will be written with the DM address label.
As your membership certification is scheduled to be delivered on a later date, please take care to keep this properly.

For this time’s receipt number, it will be your 9-digit membership number plus the first 3 digits of the postal code of the address used when applying into G&LOVERS. It will be a total of 12 digits.
