This is a notice regarding the refund of tickets for the Fukuoka dates of GACKT 20 ANNIVERSARY LIVE TOUR 2020 “KHAOS”, which has been postponed.

Concerning the postponed schedule, we are currently making adjustments with consideration of the present situation, so please wait for the announcement for more information.
If you wish to attend the rescheduled performance, the ticket you have been issued will remain valid, including seat selection.
Please do not lose your tickets and keep them in a safe place. Bring them with you on the day of the performance.
In the event that you are unable to attend on the finalised date, your ticket will be refunded.

The refund process varies with each ticketing agency.
Please be sure to confirm the details before proceeding.
Please note that no refunds will be accepted after the refund period.

We apologize for the time it has taken us to issue this refund.

The ticketing agency will handle all refund requests.
Your ticket will be required for a refund.
No refunds will be given for tickets with the stubs removed.

Refunds will be made at Lawson and Ministop storefronts upon presentation of the ticket and various fee tickets.
You can get a refund at any convenience store where you picked up your ticket.
If purchased at Lawson, it will be refunded at Lawson and if purchased at Mini Stop, it will be refunded at Mini Stop.
Please use the in-store Loppi to request a refund. (Available 24 hours a day)
In the absence of the various fee vouchers, the fees cannot be refunded.

Please send your refunded ticket and the following information to the BEA office by registered mail.

-What to send-
①Tickets for which you want a refund
The customer who purchased the ticket must collect all tickets in question and send it.
A partial refund of the number of tickets purchased is also available. Please send us only the tickets you wish to be refunded.
②A note stating the following
1. Name　
2. Phone number we can contact during the day　
3. Your refund address
4. The number of tickets for which you wish a refund

Postmarked Friday, July 31, 2020
No refunds will be given after this date.

-Refund method-
BEA will refund the cost of the ticket and the return postage by ordinary money order from the post office.
When you receive your money, please go to your nearest post office to exchange it for cash.
