Ankle flexibility exercise

G: You must keep your heel to the ground, then lean your weight on your knee, pushing forward
G: As if you’re trying to put this knee to the ground

G: So the key point of this is that your ankle can’t be the only thing that’s feeling the ache.
G: You have to do it to the extent that even your calves ache

G: Next. Like this.
G: On this side, put your body weight on it.

G: Here, it’s OK if the base of your ankle and your calves start to ache

G: So once you can do this, do it with both legs together

G: And that’s the gist for ankle flexibility
