※Members who made payments via postal transfer have to had completed their registrations by May 15, 2017.

【Tickets】
◆Single session (Noon/Evening) 50,000 yen (Each person can register for 2 tickets)

※Your companion can be a non-member.
However, even non-members need to undergo identity verification on the day itself.
※All seats are designated/Tax and service charge included/Full-course meal included/Free-flow soft drinks/Participants’ gift included

【Dress code】
Women: Kimono, cocktail dress, one-piece appropriate for weddings etc.
Men: Kimono, suit, tuxedo, outfit with jacket etc.
※There is no changing space in the hotel.

【Important notes】
※The registered member’s membership number and name will be printed on each event’s ticket (noon・evening). The companion’s name will not be printed.
※Identity verification will be done on the day of the event.
For the identity verification, photo identification documents (copies not allowed) are needed.
(Driver’s license/Passport/Student ID with photo/Basic resident registration card with photo/My Number card)
Companions do not need to have photo identification documents.
If your student ID does not have a photo on it, please bring your insurance card with it
Having the insurance card alone will, however, be considered as invalid. The adult identification IC card 「taspo」 is also invalid.
If you are found to not be the person in the ticket, or if we cannot verify your identity, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
※Preschool children will not be allowed to enter the venue.
※A prescribed fee will be charged in addition to the ticket price. Please confirm the details when applying.
