Do it with your toes curled in. You can do it one foot at a time, so push it in

And after you’ve done it with your right foot, next is your left.

The biggest muscle here belongs to the big toe so focus on it as you press down

Once you can do this, with both your ankles stuck together, you’ll be able to rest on your toes

As you get better at this, you’ll be able to put your ankles together and do it too

It’s quite painful, so do it gradually when you start out. I think it’s possible to do this in one month
