[2] Select the relevant performance page under [Pre-Event] on your My Page, select “Apply Here,” and follow the instructions to apply.
*You will need to enter the access key listed on your My Page to apply.
*Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
*A separate exchange fee will be charged.
*Sales may close early once the planned number of tickets is reached.

● You can apply for tickets for performances other than those for which you currently hold tickets.
Example: If you have purchased a platinum reserved seat ticket for the April 5th (Sun) Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall performance, your application for platinum reserved seating will only be valid for performances other than the April 5th (Sun) Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall performance.
*Applications for other seating types will be invalid. Only the same seat type is eligible.
● You can apply for the same number of tickets as you own.
Example: You can apply for four Platinum Reserved Seat tickets for the LINE CUBE SHIBUYA concert on March 22nd (Sun) to exchange for four Platinum Reserved Seat tickets for the Fukuoka Sunpalace Hotel & Hall concert on April 5th (Sun).
※An application to exchange only two of the four tickets for the LINE CUBE SHIBUYA concert on March 22nd (Sun) will be invalid. Please Note

*This offer is only available to those who have completed ticket payment on ticket board by 11:59 PM on Sunday, January 18, 2026.

*Tickets purchased through upgrade applications are not eligible for the ticket exchange service.
