Example: If you hold platinum reserved seats for the April 12th (Sun) Sendai Bank Hall Izumity 21 Main Hall performance, your application will only be valid for the April 12th (Sun) Sendai Bank Hall Izumity 21 Main Hall performance.
●You can apply for the same number of tickets as you currently own.
Example: If you hold four reserved seats for the April 12th (Sun) Sendai Bank Hall Izumity 21 Main Hall performance, your application will only be valid for the April 12th (Sun) Sendai Bank Hall Izumity 21 Main Hall performance. You can apply for a four-ticket upgrade to Diamond Reserved Seats for the Main Hall performance.
*Please note that applications for only two of four reserved seats to Diamond Reserved Seats will be invalid.

*If you do not have Platinum Reserved Seats or Reserved Seats purchased through ticket board, your application will be invalid.
*Applications for different tickets for the same performance or for different quantities will be invalid.
*If you are applying for two or more tickets, your companions will also need to register as ticket board members (free of charge).
*Upgrades will be awarded by lottery. Please note that an upgrade is not guaranteed.
If your upgrade is successful, you will be required to pay the total amount: the difference between the ticket price of the upgraded seating type and the payment fee, plus the system fee and upgrade fee.
Payment must be by credit card, and the payment will be automatically processed upon completion of the upgrade.
Changes and cancellations will not be accepted after the upgrade acceptance period has ended.
There are no plans for regular price trading for this performance. However, if trading is implemented, upgraded tickets will not be eligible for sale.
