Kneeling with your ankles put together, this time, we’ll be stretching the ankles

Keep your ankles together and raise your knees like this

By applying weight on your ankles, you’ll stretch the top part, the front part of your Achilles tendon

Doing this will loosen up your stiff muscles by quite a bit. And strengthen it

Once you can do this, your ankles will gradually become slimmer
