Once you get used to this, and if you want to raise your level, put your upper body on the ab mat, and put yourself in a state similar to that of a balance toy

Keep your body parallel to the floor

With this as the fulcrum, float your upper and lower body up from the floor

Once you can do this, then increase the number of times
