■This round of sales will be done through online ticketing (SKIYAKI TICKET), and as such, you need to register for SKIYAKI TICKET’s ID (SKIYAKI ID).
■Payment can be done either through credit card payment or convenience store payment.
■Ticket system fee will cost 324 yen (w/tax) per ticket.
■If payment is done via convenience store, in addition to the system fee, an additional processing fee of 432 yen (w/tax) will be needed.
■As the payment periods for credit card settlement and convenience store settlement are different, please do take note to not be mistaken.

Q. I don’t know what the membership registration procedures are for ticket purchase.
To purchase a ticket, aside from the application authentication of your SKIYAKI ID, the follow steps need to be completed for device registration.

① SMS authentication
When carrying out SMS authentication, a pin code will be sent to your device, so please enter it into SKIYAKI TICKET’s site.
② Application installation
After installing the「SKIYAKI TICKET」application on the same device that you did your SMS authentication on, please login. Your device information will be sent to us.

Q. What is a SKIYAKI ID?
SKIYAKI ID is an account that is needed for you to use SKIYAKI TICKET.
We apologise, but customers who are not registered with a SKIYAKI ID cannot purchase tickets unless they register for a separate SKIYAKI ID (free), so please do take note.

Q. I don’t have a smartphone?
This service (SKIYAKI TICKET) is a service that is only available for those who have iOS or Android devices. If you have an iOS or an Android tablet, you will be able to use this on them. If you do not have any of those devices, you will not be able to use the service. We thank you for your understanding.
