G: The tip to raising your leg is
G: to be conscious of maintaining a neat axis until you stretch your leg out

G: Fold your left leg and raise it

G: Then turn your pivoting leg

G: Then keep your target in line with your knee, and raise your leg from there

G: Keep your body in this position

G: Then… rock your upper body

G: When bringing your leg back down

G: Fold it, turn your pivoting leg, and bring your leg back down

G: That makes one set
